All sessions are booked by calling (360) 610-0722. Sessions are charged at $45 per hour. Payment is due at the time of the session unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, but any booked sessions will be honored at the rate agreed upon at the time of booking.
Be on time. If you cannot make your session, call. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of booking privileges. We respect your time — please respect ours.
All stems, recordings, and session files created during your session belong to you. SDRUM does not retain any ownership, publishing rights, or royalties over your work. What you create here is yours — period.
SDRUM provides preproduction, recording, mixing, and creative direction services. We do not claim writing credits, publishing shares, or master royalties on any work produced during sessions. Any samples or third-party sounds used will be discussed with you beforehand.
SDRUM and Stanley Ocean are not responsible for loss or corruption of session files after they have been delivered to you. We recommend backing up your stems immediately upon receipt. SDRUM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We maintain a professional, creative, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
