2. Description of Service

sdrum art is a platform for artists to share their artwork with a community of art lovers. We provide both free and premium membership options.

• Free Members: Profile with picture, up to 5 images, 30-word bio
• Backstage Pass ($5/month): Up to 10 images, extended bio, external link, story sharing

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or engage in deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to sdrum art. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content on our platform.

5. Subscription & Billing

Backstage Pass subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

sdrum art is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
